mindset, ability and technique by giving them performance opportunities in a COMPANY setting to progress in their training and creative expression as a dance artist.
Sam Brings over 15 Years experience to the Direction and Vision.
There is 4 Layers to our Structure aimed at different training/ performance pockets.

Introducing
Sam Fleet
Creator, Head Choreographer & Director.
Sam launched his Choreographic & Teaching Career in 2021. After a performance career spanning 10 years. He has Performed and Toured with artists such as RitaOra, Mylene Farmer, Jessie J, JasonDerulo, Cee Lo Green, Rae, & Duffy, B.E.Peas etc. His Choreographic style is known for his musicality, blend of street dance choreography, which has a unique stage presentation to it. Teaching has always been such a big passion of Sam's using his leadership skills, and voice to encourage the next generation. 'The Plan' is about bringing dancers together in a TEAM setting for the dancers to reach their full potential with performance opportunities, collaborative teachers, elite training, merch & a network to connect.
